L'Etoile Properties has sold on behalf of INMOFRANCIA 1 a property in rue de Madrid to CCR, a French reinsurance company.

INMOFRANCIA 1 is a fund structured in 2005 by Banco Santander for HNWI. L'Etoile Properties has assisted in the structuring and has been from the launch of the fund appointed as asset and property manager.

L'Etoile Properties carries out a pro-active asset management with strategic lease renegotiations and improvement works which are enhancing the portfolio value. Further properties will then be sold in the coming months.

L'Etoile Properties has acquired an office building in Hamburg on behalf of METROINVEST. The property is located in Alstertor n°9, within close proximity of the Binnenaslter. This 4,600m² brand new office building was 75% let at the time of the acquisition and METROINVEST benefits from the rental guarantee.

L'Etoile Properties has been appointed to carry out the property management duties.

Further to its clients request, L'Etoile Properties opens an office in Hamburg.

Mr. Raoul Kanitz will head the German operation. The office is located in Neuer Wall 35.
