Barcelona, 30 July 2019 – A European institutional investment manager signed the promise of sale for the under development SA65 office building located in 22@ submarket in Barcelona which will represent their first acquisition in Barcelona.
The office building is being developed and sold by ConrenTramway.
The SA65 office building will offer 8,300 sqm and will be composed of 6 levels above ground destinated to office use including a wide roof terrace on the top floor, one ground floor adaptable to retail or office use and 90 car parking spaces, 32 motorcycles parking spaces and 100 bicycles spaces spread over the two basement levels. The building is currently under construction, which is expected to be completed by December 2019 and will be awarded the LEED Gold environmental certification.
The property will be delivered to the Purchaser fully let to WOJO, the French leader in the management of flexible office spaces (coworking).
L’Etoile Properties is continuing to assist the European institutional investment manager through the acquisition process until the closing of the transaction and will manage the office building from the completion of the deal.
