L’Etoile properties advises a European institutional investment manager on the purchase of the SA65 office building in Barcelona

Barcelona, 8 April 2020 – Several French funds managed by Amundi Real Estate have acquired the newly built office property named SA65, located in 22@ submarket in Barcelona. The transaction consists in the first acquisition of Amundi Real Estate in Barcelona.

The property was developed and sold by ConrenTramway.
The SA65 office building offers 8,300 sqm and is composed of 6 levels above ground destinated to office use including a wide roof terrace of circa. 1,200 sqm on the top floor, one ground floor adaptable to retail or office use and 92 car parking spaces, 24 motorcycles parking spaces and 100 bicycles spaces spread over the two basement levels. The construction of the building was completed in February 2020, and is aiming a “LEED Gold Core & Shell” environmental certification.

The property is fully let to WOJO (formerly Nextdoor), the French leader in the management of flexible office spaces (coworking), subsidiary of Bouygues and Accor groups.

Amundi Real Estate has been advised by DLA Piper on legal matters and Mace on the technical due diligence. L’Etoile Properties Iberica acted as acquisition advisor, monitoring the legal and technical due diligences and will take over the management of the building.
