L’ETOILE PROPERTIES ADVISES CREDIT SUISSE ASSET MANAGEMENT GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF A 61,800 M2 LOGISTICS ASSET IN BLEISWIJK, THE NETHERLANDS

Amsterdam, 8 January 2021 – L’Etoile Properties advises Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate on the acquisition of a newly developed logistics asset in Bleiswijk from Somerset Capital Partners. Buyer Credit Suisse already worked together with Somerset during the development of the project. The property is leased for a long term and occupied by Jumbo Supermarkten.

The e-fulfilment center is located on a business park in Bleiswijk, a location in between the Port of Rotterdam and Schiphol Airport. The building is equipped with freezing-, cooling- and environmental compartments and is classified with BREEAM “Outstanding”, the highest standard of sustainability.

Somerset Capital Partners asked ASK Romein Bouw in September 2019 to expedite the delivery of the e-fulfilment center to December 2020 and to take on the design responsibility of construction.
