L’Etoile Properties, on behalf of French institutional investor PERIAL Asset Management, acquires the office property located Taurusavenue 18 in Hoofddorp

PERIAL Asset Management pursues its expansion on the Dutch office market through the acquisition of the long leased sustainable office property located next to Schiphol airport on behalf of its SCPI PFO investment fund.

The property is located in the Park 20|20, the first cradle to cradle business park in the world. The accessibility is outstanding as the property is 2 minutes walking from the Hoofddorp train station. From the station the Schiphol airport can be reach within 7 minutes and central station of Amsterdam within 20 minutes.

Hoofddorp is a well know and sought-after office location for both investors and occupiers. Amongst other, the micro-location is home of several multinational companies such as Asics, Bluewater, Danone, Disney, FedEx, Ingenico, Irdeto, L’Oreal, Sony…

The 2012 building features an anergy label A and a BREEAM excellent sustainability certificate. It includes 3,607 sqm of office space together with 77 covered and secured parking spaces and lies on a freehold land.
The property is fully let to Headfirst group, with a triple-net lease duration of 11 years without any break option, ensuring a steady and secured cashflow. Headfirst is a leading international HR service provider and a specialist in the professional organization of external employment.

The transaction was closed end of July 2021. The private seller was advised by HMK Notarissen. Perial was advised by L’Etoile Properties, DRS, Greenberg Traurig and Drees & Sommer. L’Etoile Properties will manage the property on behalf of Perial AM.
