Amsterdam, 6 February 2020 – PERIAL Asset Management pursues its diversification strategy through the acquisition of the Brunel Building in the Rieker Business Park on behalf of its PFO investment fund.
Perial Asset Management has acquired the Brunel Building located John M. Keynesplein 33, 1066, in the Rieker Business Park – Amsterdam from APF International on behalf of ‘Vastgoed CV APF XVIII’.
Strategically located right between the South Axis and Schiphol, the business park hosts world class organizations such as PWC, B Amsterdam and Brunel. It is directly connected to the Hague and Rotterdam through the A4 highway and to Amsterdam’s city center by public transport.
The office building, acquired for 21,925 M€, has a total surface area of approximately 4,985 m² lettable office space and is equipped with 48 parking spaces.
The property is fully let to Brunel, a strong international group with over 14,500 employees in 177 branches in 44 countries.
