Sofidy buys Ibis Hotel Hamburg Airport

Hamburg, 17 October 2015 – The French property management fund company Sofidy has acquired the Ibis Hotel Hamburg Airport in the Alsterkrugchaussee for their SCPI IMMORENTE fund. The hotel property, with leasable space totalling 4,415 m², is in the heart of the area surrounding Hamburg Airport and is less than 15 minutes from the city centre. The hotel was built in 2003 and is leased on a long-term basis to the Accor Group; it offers 157 rooms and 79 parking spaces.

SCPI IMMORENTE now has a property portfolio of over € 2 billion, with more than € 100 million in Germany alone, making the fund a leading SCPI in the German real estate market.
